As part of the role, you will be expected to support with digital adoption, utilising systems, applications and products within a range of TFG stores.
Requirements:
Must have a Retail-related qualification
Be unemployed
Must be between the ages of 18 and 27
South African Citizenship
Devote 12 months to the exciting Internship programme with TFG
Learn new system, application and products to transfer knowledge to store employees
As part of self-learning, you will be required to complete the prescribed courses available on TFG’s Learning platform
Drive and support change at the individual level Provide on the ground support and on the job learning, encouraging effective dialogue among employees and assist in breaking down possible communication barriers.
Show stores where to find learning material and assist with trouble shooting
Escalate any questions, queries or concerns
Foster close relationships with store employees and field leadership teams by sharing key information affecting stores e.g. system changes. Short-listed candidates will have the exciting opportunity to showcase their skills by preparing and delivering a brief Power Point presentation as part of the interview process.
