    Location: Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal Industry: Electrical Engineering

    An established and reputable Electrical Engineering company based in Umhlanga is currently seeking a mature, reliable, and highly organised female Administration Clerk to join their dynamic team.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who is detail-oriented, confident, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.

    The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the company. This position requires someone who is proactive, well-organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Administration Clerk will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and office support duties, including but not limited to:

    •General office administration and clerical duties

    •Managing and maintaining accurate records and filing systems

    •Preparing, updating, and managing Excel spreadsheets

    •Assisting with basic accounting and financial administration, including invoicing and record-keeping

    •Supporting management with administrative tasks as required

    •Handling correspondence, emails, and internal documentation

    •Assisting with tender administration, including preparation and submission of tender-related documents (experience in this area will be a strong advantage)

    •Ensuring compliance with company procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times

    Minimum Requirements:

    To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

    •Must reside in or near Umhlanga

    •Must have own reliable transport

    •Proven strong administration experience

    •Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets and data management

    •Good understanding of accounting principles and administrative finance tasks

    •Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills

    •Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamMust be able to start immediately

    •Experience within the electrical engineering or construction industry will be beneficial, though not essential.

    Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:30
