
The successful applicant is required to perform the following key functions, amongst other duties:
• Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, andrepair of all electrical systems within the organisation
•Participate in planned and unplanned maintenance activities at water treatment works, pump stations, and reservoirs
•Support fault finding and troubleshooting of electrical faults and equipment such as motors. VSO’s and basic instruments
•Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
•Complete learnership assignments, logbooks, and assessments as required Assist with sump cleaning Complete standby duties.
The applicant is required to have:
•Matric (with Mathematics and Physical Science preferred) N2- N3 Electrical Engineenng Certificate Previous exposure to industrial environments
•Code 10 Drivers License.
