VACANCY: Bartender / Waiter
Location: Emalahleni – Highveld Park
Salary: R5500 pm
To start Immediately Khayalami Hotels is looking for a confident and vibrant Bartender who will also serve as a waiter when required. Friendly attitude, with good knowledge of mixing drinks and different alcohol types. Must be able to mix various cocktails.
Requirements
•Grade 12 with relevant certificate in bartender training
•Able to work with a POS system
•Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender/mixologist
•Computer literate
•Excellent sales & customer care skills
•Strong admin skills
•Knowledge of stock control
•DutiesAttend to customers drink orders and waiter service when required.
•Always keep the bar area clean
•Stock fridges and other stations
•Do the stock take before and after the shift
•Bartender with good knowledge of various Cocktails, recipes and Spirits
•The person must be responsible and be in charge of the everyday Bar tasks to prepare for the service, have a good personality to interact with patrons.
